1. Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and components included.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.
- Not show signs of misuse, modification, or accidental damage.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom-built or made-to-order laser machines.
- Personalized or specially configured products.
- Software licenses and digital downloads.
- Consumables that have been opened or used.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products damaged through improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the claim promptly.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
4. Return Authorization
Before returning any product, you must contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items that arrive defective or damaged or if the wrong product was shipped.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

For returns based on customer preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed, manufactured, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is approved after processing has begun, reasonable administrative or restocking fees may apply.
9. Restocking Fee

10. Warranty
Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by product.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local regulations associated with international shipments.
Returns from international destinations may require additional processing time.
